The following letter, authored by cyberstalking defendant Luke Wenke, was recently received by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York in Rochester. It was added to the court file for Wenke’s civil suit against me (Wenke v. Valentine, 1:26-cv-00181) on May 11th, 2026.
The letter itself contains several themes that are typical of Wenke’s communications:
- Claims that he is being misled or excluded from court hearings
- Assertions that his mother is monitoring the court
- Accusations that you are hacking devices or forging documents
- References to various judges and officials he believes are involved
- Attempts to elevate his own credibility by invoking family connections (e.g., “Judge Carolyn Giardini’s oldest grandson”)
Wenke also writes about several key characters, including:
- Assistant U.S. Attorney Sean Eldridge – prosecutor in Wenke’s current criminal case.
- Victoria Bahl – Luke Wenke’s current public defender.
- Judge Lawrence Vilardo – Federal judge in Buffalo; presiding over Luke Wenke’s attempted lawsuit against Katie.
- Judge Carolyn Giardini – Luke Wenke’s late grandmother, who served as the Justice of the Peace of Carrollton, New York for a brief period during the ’90s.
In keeping with his typical habits, Luke Wenke falsely accuses me of conspiring against him with the federal government in the letter. He also falsely claims that I work as a “typist” for Assistant U.S. Attorney Sean Eldridge, who is the prosecutor assigned to the case.
I’ve never met or even interacted with Mr. Eldridge, nor have I ever worked for or with any local, state, or federal government entity. I also don’t plan to work for any government, and I’ve never worked as a “typist.” (This is just one of numerous fictitious careers Luke Wenke has assigned to me over the years, which also includes an imaginary job as a paralegal for his first cyberstalking victim.)
Luke Wenke accuses me of conspiring/colluding with the gov’t, but I haven’t regularly corresponded with anyone involved in his case in over a year.
You see, unlike Luke Wenke, who includes meddling with the authorities among his top pastimes, I live by the philosophy that the less government involvement in my life, the better. I made the mistake of involving myself in Wenke’s first cyberstalking case because I feared that he was going to seriously harm someone (or worse) and I didn’t want that on my conscience. I also hoped it would pave the way for me to safely exit our very toxic friendship, but it only got me sucked even further into Luke Wenke’s endless bullshit.
In other words, the feds are just about the last people I have any interest in talking to, because doing so in the past has only worsened my life considerably. But Luke Wenke is going to say what he wants, even if he knows it’s not true (this is another topic for another day, but I don’t think he’s as delusional as he acts).
As of May 11th, 2026, I have not been served with any documentation pertaining to the aforementioned lawsuit, which was filed in late January.

“Hello again to the Rochester US Courthouse,
“Thank you very much for the Pro Se litigation packet you sent me earlier this year. Very productive things came out of it already.
“Since I have not been present for one single court hearing this year, I am keeping the 2nd Circuit of US Appeals informed about everything as I see them according to what I’ve been told all year. My mother Janet McCaul recently called your courthouse from [phone number], so she is watching. We have email evidence from Victoria Bahl of the Rochester Federal Public Defender’s Office about April 1st’s court hearing which scheduled an April 28th court hearing, which never happened as well as a May 5th court hearing which is apparently still on the schedule. The nature of what May 5th court hearing is supposed to be about has been discussed very openly ever since February 23rd, as Sean Eldridge clearly agreed to since my mother wast old accordingly from Victoria Bahl.
“Hopefully Sean Eldridge’s typist Katie [last name] isn’t coming up with falsified paperwork for court hearings that never happened, and hopefully it’s not actually Katie behind these hacked emails claiming to be from Victoria. We need to know who is behind electronic devices. Sometimes we can’t tell if it’s Katie hacking our devices.
