The following documents pertain to the U.S. Government’s current/ongoing criminal case against Luke Wenke, who was arrested in Salamanca, New York by federal agents on December 17th, 2025.
Wenke is accused of cyberstalking a court official who oversaw his previous cyberstalking case. He remains held without bond at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester as he awaits his next court hearing, which is scheduled for June 16th, 2026.
