Luke Wenke has resumed inundating the federal appeals court in New York City with letters, even though he doesn’t have an active or ongoing appeal. Not surprisingly, these letters are largely about how I’m supposedly conspiring with the feds to keep Wenke locked up for eternity.
Also in this letter, Luke Wenke:
- Falsely accuses me of forging his handwriting/impersonation
- Falsely accuses me of burglarizing his home and damaging his property
- Accuses the parties involved in his case of conspiring to keep him locked up indefinitely
- Falsely accuses me of being violent when I have absolutely no record of violence
- Claims that his public defender volunteered to get me arrested for allegedly stealing his car
- Implies that I have no reason to seek protection from his unwanted correspondence, while conveniently failing to mention the threatening letter he mailed me in late March
- Claims that I authored the prosecution’s paperwork against him (I’ve never even spoken to the Assistant U.S. Attorney assigned to the case)
- Threatens to add the victim in his current cyberstalking case (a federal court official) to the list of defendants in his civil case against myself and an FBI agent. (The lawsuit was filed in late January; as of May 6th, I have not been served with any documents pertaining to the case.)
- Predicts that he’ll be forced to plead guilty against his will (in my opinion, he’s trying to set up a situation that, in his mind, he believes will get any convictions tossed)
I sometimes wonder if Wenke really thinks there’s even a chance that his bogus accusations will be taken seriously by anyone. His allegations against me are so far-fetched that even the most gullible person would likely be skeptical of these claims (assuming said individual is otherwise of average human intelligence).
I also wonder if Wenke understands how repetitive his claims against me are. For years now, he’s been falsely accusing me of burglarizing his derelict traphouse, stealing from him, conspiring with the government, banging every corrections officer and cop within a 50-mile-plus radius, and a myriad of other things I’m not doing, haven’t done, and have no plans to do. Yet he’s never procured evidence to support these claims and continues to make seemingly empty threats that I’m going to get tossed in jail any day now.
Based on the absurdity of these letters, I think it’s fair to presume that Luke Wenke either thinks his targets are incredibly stupid and will fall for his tall tales, or he is actually that stupid and really thinks these things are happening. I don’t believe Wenke is delusional enough to be completely lost in his imagination, though.
He knows what he’s doing, he knows that it’s wrong, and he knows, deep down, that he completely lacks credibility. I think Wenke was simply counting on people to believe anything bad he said about me without having to procure any sort of evidence, but to his surprise, I’m not as widely hated as he assumed. I’m certainly no angel, but unlike Luke Wenke, most people eventually get over the past and move on from it. He seems incapable of grasping the concept of a grudge being anything but lifelong.
And even if a large number of people did or do hate me, Wenke has victimized enough individuals for pretty much anyone who’s heard of him to know that their best bet is to steer clear of him entirely. I could be the most morally depraved scumbag on earth, and it wouldn’t make Luke Wenke any better of a person. Above all, he seems to be forgetting one key detail: that I’m not the one under legal scrutiny.

“I hope there comes a day when I can bring you and Kellen Quigley of the Olean Times Herald together for a good positive interview. If rural people like those who live in Cattaraugus County are constantly informed on a more personal basis of what their 2nd Circuit of US Appeals officials think, we won’t see anything ever again like the 2022-2024 rise in crime I continue to feel like I am one of many from. Kellen is one of many people I have an otherwise positive rapport with before criminal court ever happened to me. How nice to see a NYC based US Appeals Judge sit down with Kellen for an interview at a place like Pumpkinville or Holiday Valley.
“Unfortunately we are not there yet. Sean Eldridge’s paperwork on me is a slap in the face over everything I was told on January 30th from Victoria Bahl herself. Defense and prosecutors talk and they include the judge, I am not naive. Well normally I, someone who was very happy to be social with state level legislators before this ever happened to me, am happy to hear that a court gets along. Well not if the end result is me feeling like they are all working to hold me like this forever. I am more than happy to say that they can’t deny that Sean Eldridge allowed Katie [last name] to listen to my Monroe County phone calls while I have a lawsuit against Katie in L. Vilardo’s courtroom. Victoria offered to help get Katie finally arrested for grand theft auto way back in January. So far, nothing; my mother accomplished more in the name of gathering evidence and someone helped Katie get in with Monroe County Sheriff’s Office so she could do what she did two years ago all over again; forge my handwriting and act like she lost the content. “…against me as if I’m the problem. She is the crime of violence problem, Tim Murphy of Buffalo can show you the pictures of my house’s damage.
“Katie wrote Sean Eldridge’s papers on me.
“Whether the first week of May we follow through on what Victoria said to my mother on February 23rd what should happen the first week of May, or whether there’s a surprise attack behind the scenes before court and the Buffalo FBI agents who pointed guns at me December 2025 over a witness exempt speech crime are there to point guns at me again and force me to plead guilty, it appears I will only be safe in this world ever again if I add John Sinatra himself to the list of codefendants in the courtroom of L. Vilardo. Again, what was said over that December 2025 email I don’t remember sending? Let me check; “How about I sue John Sinatra in L. Vilardo’s courtroom where John’s relative Peter Gerace got sentenced. Constitutional lawsuit, Free Speech rights everyone else gets to have on the internet that I apparently have to fight for like nobody else does. A high school dropout leads NASA and we just went to the Moon. Put a high school dropout in John’s position.
